No, we aren't able to close down the store during mall hours unless we have hit capacity at the store. We do host during less busy times (in the morning) and we do block out our appointments to reduce traffic. We can host private events outside of mall hours for a full buy out. See capacity by location.
We share how slime is made is, keep the group together making slime, we play slime games and end with a slime cupcake.
No, We no longer offer catering in our locations. We do however allow cupcakes and water or juice. But if you are want to have food, we allow outside food for a $100 service charge.
Yes, for all locations, we now allow you to bring your own food with a $100 service charge for set up and cleanup.
Note: Hillsdale mall, there is not charge as food must be consumed at the food court before or after the party.
The minimum for a party is 10. Each location has its own maximum capacity. Please refer to the store FAQ for party capacity.
Unfortunately, no. Our stores are set up for party guests and there isn't seating inside for parents. It is also very crowded and noisy when parents stay during the party as the guests can't hear instruction. Celebrants parents of course should stay and take pictures! Seating is available outside of the store or Drop of is encouraged.
Recommended for kids over 5 for parties because they are longer than our normal DIY process and because parties are drop off.

Yes, we ask for your final headcount the week of the party so we can staff appropriately, print the labels for the jars and prepare everything for your party. We ask you to have your final headcount or stay conservative if you have some unknowns since you will be charged for the headcount you share. We can add 1 or 2 more the day but we can't reduce the headcount.
We know things come up. We can cancel a party 3 weeks before with a full refund on your deposit. We need the 3 weeks because there is generally a waiting list for weekend parties.
There is an automatic 15% gratuity charged for parties over 12. The gratuity goes towards your party host(s).
