Slime Kitchen to Celebrate Grand Opening
lime Kitchen is celebrating the grand opening of its newest location at The Collection at RiverPark on Saturday, March 7.<br /> <br /> The store, located at 502 Town Center Drive next to H&M, will host a ribbon-cutting and invite guests to take part in interactive slime-making experiences starting at 10 a.m.<br /> <br /> Slime Kitchen specializes in DIY slime activities where visitors can create and customize their own slime while choosing from different colors, textures, and add-ins. The concept is designed to be a fun, creative experience for kids and families visiting the shopping center.<br /> <br /> To celebrate the opening, the first 50 guests who complete a DIY slime experience will receive a complimentary special slime surprise at checkout.<br /> <br /> The new shop adds another family-friendly attraction to The Collection at RiverPark, a popular destination in Oxnard for shopping, dining, and entertainment.<br /> <br /> Organizers say RSVPs are not required for the grand opening event, but guests can reserve a spot in advance. Residents and visitors are invited to stop by, take part in the ribbon cutting, and help welcome the new business to the Oxnard community.

How long are parties?
Parties will last for 1.5 hours.
Are parties private?
We cannot close the store during regular mall hours unless we’ve reached our maximum capacity. For those interested in exclusive access, we do offer private events with a full store buyout option. Please email your store of choice directly for more information on full buyouts.
What activities and entertainment do you provide during the party experience?
Your party experience includes a hands-on session where everyone creates their own custom slime using our ten step customization process. We’ll entertain the group with lively slime-themed games before concluding with a special slime cupcake and celebratory song for the birthday child.
Do you offer catering?
We no longer offer catering in our locations. However, most of our locations are located near plenty of resteraunts and If you’d like to bring food there is a $100 charge.
Can I bring my own food?
You may bring a cupcake and drink per child at no extra cost.
If you choose to bring your own food, please note the following:
1. A $100 fee applies, which covers cleanup and an extra 20 minutes added to your party.
2. You must bring your own serving supplies and supervise the children while they eat.
3. A release of liability must be signed.
Can parents stay during the party?
The birthday child’s parents are welcome to stay and take photos. Our stores are designed with kids in mind and have limited space. To ensure a fun and focused experience, we kindly ask parents to wait outside for their children so they have room to create and can hear instructions clearly.
What is the age range for a party?
Our parties are recommended for children ages 5 and up, as they are longer than our standard DIY sessions and are designed to be drop-off events.
What is the max or min for a party?
A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a party. The maximum number of guests varies by location, so please check with your specific location for details.
Do I have to pay if people don't show up?
Yes, you’ll still be charged based on the final headcount confirmed the week of the party.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your party **up to 3 weeks in advance** for a full refund of your deposit. We require this notice because weekend parties often have a waiting list, and it gives us time to fill your spot.
Additional Fees
For parties with more than 12 guests, a 15%-25% gratuity is highly encouraged to show your Slime Chef some love! Our hosts work hard to make your party special, and tips go directly to them in appreciation.
