Shop FAQs
You can expect to receive your slime within 7-10 business days.
While we can’t accept returns on opened slimes (for obvious sticky reasons!), we’ve got your back if something arrives damaged. Just email a photo to info@developer.theslimekitchen.com within 2 days of delivery, and our Slime Stars will make it right! All sales are final once slimes are opened or played with, but we’re always happy to share slime care tips if your slime needs a little love!
We love keeping things exciting by releasing special creations throughout the year. Sometimes we’re inspired by holidays, seasons, or just a burst of slime creativity! The best way to catch these slime releases before they disappear is to follow us on social media!
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DIY
We highly recommend making a reservation to ensure your spot, especially on weekends or during busy hours. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but reservations help us prep your station and give you the best experience possible.
Each DIY session is 25 minutes long. However, if we’re not busy, you’re welcome to stick around a bit longer and enjoy playing with your slime creation. We love giving you time to fire up your senses!
For our littlest creators, we offer a special Tiny Tots Sensory Workshop designed for toddlers to safely experience the fun of slime. The workshop is tailored to be age-appropriate, with safe, non-toxic materials and sensory activities that little ones can enjoy with the help of a parent or guardian. Each DIY session includes one fully customizable 6oz slime. You’ll start by choosing from one of our six unique slime textures—Cloud, Butter, Thick & Glossy, Classic, Icee, or Clear. Then, one of our friendly Slime Chef’s will guide you through all 10 steps of the process to help you craft a one-of-a-kind slime creation—it’s your slime, your way!
We do our best to make the DIY slime experience safe and inclusive for all kids. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Some items may contain fragrance and dyes. However, none of our products contain gluten, peanuts, or other common food allergens. It is ultimately at the discretion of the parent or guardian to decide.
Birthdays
Parties will last for 1.5 hours.
We cannot close the store during regular mall hours unless we’ve reached our maximum capacity. For those interested in exclusive access, we do offer private events with a full store buyout option. Please email your store of choice directly for more information on full buyouts.
Your party experience includes a hands-on session where everyone creates their own custom slime using our ten step customization process. We’ll entertain the group with lively slime-themed games before concluding with a special slime cupcake and celebratory song for the birthday child.
We no longer offer catering in our locations. However, most of our locations are located near plenty of resteraunts and If you’d like to bring food there is a $100 charge.
You may bring a cupcake and drink per child at no extra cost.
If you choose to bring your own food, please note the following:
1. A $100 fee applies, which covers cleanup and an extra 20 minutes added to your party.
2. You must bring your own serving supplies and supervise the children while they eat.
3. A release of liability must be signed.
The birthday child’s parents are welcome to stay and take photos. Our stores are designed with kids in mind and have limited space. To ensure a fun and focused experience, we kindly ask parents to wait outside for their children so they have room to create and can hear instructions clearly.
Our parties are recommended for children ages 5 and up, as they are longer than our standard DIY sessions and are designed to be drop-off events.
A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a party. The maximum number of guests varies by location, so please check with your specific location for details.
Yes, you’ll still be charged based on the final headcount confirmed the week of the party.
We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your party **up to 3 weeks in advance** for a full refund of your deposit. We require this notice because weekend parties often have a waiting list, and it gives us time to fill your spot.
For parties with more than 12 guests, a 15%-25% gratuity is highly encouraged to show your Slime Chef some love! Our hosts work hard to make your party special, and tips go directly to them in appreciation.

Yes, you can! If we’re not completely booked, we’ll be happy to take you on the day of the workshop. However, we recommend securing your spot in advance to guarantee your place!
Corporate Events
We offer customizable off-site experiences for both private and corporate events, and large groups! Each event is unique, so we work closely with you to tailor the experience to your needs—whether it’s a team-bonding session, a company celebration, or a special event at your location.
