“Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate and make our workshop extra special. I ended up being late by 20 min and they were willing to accommodate us and walked us through every step of the way. They never wanted us to feel rushed and he showed each of my kids endless amount of times how to make bubbles When I started to snap at my son for "ruining" his slime, Kevin jumped in and complimented his creativity and showed us how his art wasn't a problem and something to be celebrated instead This was a treat for our kids who are now all officially obsessed with slime and because of Kevin and his kindness, we can never go to another location. He made sure the experience was perfect, empowering them to make their own choices, never let us feel like we were in the way, and genuinely wanted to encourage my kids to have fun! How long are parties?
Parties will last for 1.5 hours.
Are parties private?
We cannot close the store during regular mall hours unless we’ve reached our maximum capacity. For those interested in exclusive access, we do offer private events with a full store buyout option. Please email your store of choice directly for more information on full buyouts.
What activities and entertainment do you provide during the party experience?
Your party experience includes a hands-on session where everyone creates their own custom slime using our ten step customization process. We’ll entertain the group with lively slime-themed games before concluding with a special slime cupcake and celebratory song for the birthday child.
Do you offer catering?
We no longer offer catering in our locations. However, most of our locations are located near plenty of resteraunts and If you’d like to bring food there is a $100 charge.
Can I bring my own food?
You may bring a cupcake and drink per child at no extra cost.
If you choose to bring your own food, please note the following:
1. A $100 fee applies, which covers cleanup and an extra 20 minutes added to your party.
2. You must bring your own serving supplies and supervise the children while they eat.
3. A release of liability must be signed.
Can parents stay during the party?
The birthday child’s parents are welcome to stay and take photos. Our stores are designed with kids in mind and have limited space. To ensure a fun and focused experience, we kindly ask parents to wait outside for their children so they have room to create and can hear instructions clearly.
What is the age range for a party?
Our parties are recommended for children ages 5 and up, as they are longer than our standard DIY sessions and are designed to be drop-off events.
What is the max or min for a party?
A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a party. The maximum number of guests varies by location, so please check with your specific location for details.
Do I have to pay if people don't show up?
Yes, you’ll still be charged based on the final headcount confirmed the week of the party.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your party **up to 3 weeks in advance** for a full refund of your deposit. We require this notice because weekend parties often have a waiting list, and it gives us time to fill your spot.
Additional Fees
For parties with more than 12 guests, a 15%-25% gratuity is highly encouraged to show your Slime Chef some love! Our hosts work hard to make your party special, and tips go directly to them in appreciation.
